Then again, I've done the "Krieg" loop (killing all 3 bosses that can drop Krieg's set items) over 75 times on Elite/Ultimate and not gotten a single Krieg item to drop yet (if the published 3-5% drop rate is accurate, I should have gotten 7-8 drops with average rng luck). I feel like it shouldn't need to be mounted. Sure it makes teleporting convenient, but consider the fact that Xeric's Talisman can stack up to around 2k charges (I think?), whereas other teleporting jewellery only can hold 6 charges.
